    I started loosing weight about a month ago.
    I was 363 lbs. I’m down to 334 this morning.
    My objective? 250 lbs. (I’m 6’2”)
    110 lbs to lose, 29 gone, 81 to go…..

    @vaea46 thats so true i dont know what it is but i usaally just eat what we get from the grocery store but when i eat like burger king or kfc bang sends my taste bud on a ride its really like a drug maybe even stronger but i pretty much just eat what i have at the house

    @alfalfaLI you can but take alot of hard work but the hardest part is to keep it off if your a regular jo that doesnt really work out it harder but like powerlifter and bodybuilders they do this all the time gain weight lose weight infact im gaining right now but soon as get done with that ill go back to loseing and maybe come in lighter than before how knows but with me its about strength so looks are second to my main goal

    just, don’t eat fast food(mcdonald’s etc..), eat small but filling portions of food with a protein, starch and a green veggie, and try to walk out 1 hour a day. that’s probably the healthiest way to loose weight….

    4 meals x (450 call for protein + 100 for veg + 250 for the meal) = 3200 calories
    loose 20 pound whilst taking 3200, good luck with that.

    some of the tips are good but whey by itself will not make you lose or gain.
    Whey is good for keeping you full and also if you are resistance training. Most whey supplements are about 100 calories per serving-30 g-and give you 20-25 g of protein. the rule of thumb is that to build lean body mass one needs 1.5*weight in lbs of protein in grams. so it supplements your protein intake but beyond that, it is high quality protein in providing essential amino acids-as opposed to something like soy.
