Nutritionist Joel Marion Introduces Radical 5-Day Cycle Of Fat Burning & Muscle BuildingBut, does it work? Or Is It Hype?Joel Marion is a nutritionist who claims he's cracked the code to the weight loss enigma. Here's the problem in a nutshell: In order to lose weight, burn fat and build muscle fast (and who doesn't deep down wish this could be done!) you have to create a "massive" deficit in the number of calories at your body's disposal. So this means, severely reducing cutting back on the amount of food we eat. And it makes perfect sense: Calories entering your system must be less than calories burned for your body to start burning the fat. But one small oversight exists in this equation. It's called the starvation mechanism or starvation mode. It's like the gearshift in a car. The moment your body realizes that less food is being received, it "panics." Your body immediately reverts back to much, much older prehistoric days when periods of feast and famine were not unusual. It automatically panics, in a sense, that a period of famine is upon it. And it does exactly what it has done in the past to ensure its survival: s-l-o-w . . . d-o-w-n. That's right. This is when your metabolism takes it upon itself to burn those calories a lot slower -- to make every calorie count. What a fine time for your body to start thinking on its own, isn't it? And don't try persuading it otherwise, because it just won't listen. Nutritionist Joel Marion calls this the "Catch 22" of weight loss. And he's absolutely right. And up until recently it was a fact of life you had to life with. Marion Claims to Have "Cracked the Code"But, that Catch 22 may be a thing of the past. Marion, noted nutritionist, has discovered a way to outwit your body and circumvent that starvation mechanism. He has created what he calls a "radical five-day" cycle. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you say. You've heard it all before. His program, though, is based on solid research of the existing problem. He has worked with 750 clients struggling through this problem and has read a grand total of 878 research papers that delve scientifically and deeply into the starvation mechanism and its effects on your body. Before you pass this off as just hype, check out a little of what he's proposing. You might be surprised at what you read. One of the cornerstones of his revolutionary program is the inclusion of deliberate "cheat days." Yes, they are exactly what you think they are. On specific, designated days, you may eat anything you'd like. Go ahead; indulge your most deeply held craving. Yes, you have permission to "abandon" your diet for the day. Not only is this encouraged, it's mandatory. It's the only way, according to Marion, that you can offset your body's attempts to adapt to your extreme dieting. But that's not the only action you should be taking. You should also engage in "strategically timed workouts" as he calls them. These periods of physical exercise should be planned for the time when your body is "most primed to burn fat" and when it's "extremely receptive to building muscle." And yes, the intent is clear. When you do this, you can achieve both of those goals simultaneously. The nutritionist calls this "strategic synergy." This means that when you follow this five-day cycle you'll receive benefits that far exceed anything you could expect by doing either one or the other. Does it work? It seems to have worked for hundreds of people so far. But the bottom line, I know, will is work for you? Will Marion's radical program help you burn fat, build muscle and literally bypass that built-in starvation mechanism? Considering that his program is built on solid research and backed by real-life experience . . . it might just be worth trying! You can find out more at Joel Marion’s site: Xtreme Fat loss |
