Have you been indulging in a bit too much of the good life? Here’s a quick & easy way to get back on track!

The weather is picture perfect. How could you not gather with a few friends . . . go on a few picnics . . . party a little more than usual? We've all done it. And now you've gone and "done it" too. A little too much food and spirits . . . not enough exercise. Can you ever hope to get back on track?

This is the question I'm asked more than any other during this time of year. And my answer is always the same, "Of course you can!"

It's natural to overindulge now and then. And momentarily it even feels good. But then there comes a time one morning (it always seems to happen in the morning!) that you realize your body is beginning to pay the price for your indulgence.

And now your body is asking you to do one of two things: either keep up this self-indulgence or what it really prefers is to go back to your healthy way of living. But, your body complains, you better hurry with the latter because in the words of your neglected system: "You're killing us!"

So what is the quickest and easiest way to get on track -- without resorting to dangerous fad diets?
